Hello all and happy March!
This month has been a whirlwind of new clinical experiences, studying, volunteering, and midterms! As a quick update, I had the chance to volunteer at a local health clinic and promoted dermatology and skincare health at the event. It was an incredible experience that allowed me to not only share my personal passion for skincare with the patients, but also allowed me to gain a better understanding for the misconceptions about skincare health amongst various populations. My hope is that I was able to further educate these patients about the importance of wearing sunscreen everyday and encourage them to get yearly skincare checks with a certified dermatologist! I’ve also started my new shift in the pre-op/surgery unit and LOVE it so far! The nurses and other staff are so friendly and welcoming. Not to mention, they all LOVED my TiScrubs! I feel that I have learned SO much during my short time in this unit. It’s allowed me to learn more about the dynamics of the surgery specialty and I am optimistic that I will gain even more fond of this field as time goes on. Now that I am on a short break from classes, I’ve had the time to detox from midterms and intense studying from these past couple of months. Of course, there will still be some studying involved during the break but for now, I’ll be sharing my review of one of my new favorite scrub brands,Ti (Titanium) Scrubs!
Let me just start by saying that TiScrubs feel and look different than regular scrubs, in the BEST. WAY. POSSIBLE. Unlike other scrubs, these scrubs look “silky” and even feel silky soft in my opinion. They’re the most ideal scrubs for long (and short) shifts! I was lucky enough to have these scrubs embroidered and might I add, the embroidery is impeccable and is done in-house with Ti Scrubs. Therefore, I didn’t have to wait more than a couple of days to have these shipped to me with embroidery! I was so excited to try them on and once I did, I knew that Ti Scrubs had changed the scrub game for me.
The style I’m wearing is called the “Elements Scrub top with Hidden pockets.” I opted for this style because I love tucking in my scrubs and naturally, these tuck perfectly into my “Elements Scrub bottom (6 pockets)” and look so chic! Their styles are all “athletic-inspired” so these scrubs are all moisture-wicking and great for those especially active/step-goal achieving days! For those of us that are petite, Ti Scrubs come in petite sizes and fit like a dream. I’m usually a XS Petite in scrubs and these scrubs fit me like a glove. Besides the fact that Ti Scrubs are sleek, comfy, antimicrobial (of course), they donate part of their proceeds go to providing dental care to underserved children in various communities. I personally love this about Ti Scrubs because with each purchase, you can contribute something to those in need, while getting a new pair (s) of high quality scrubs! Needless to say, I absolutely love my new Ti Scrubs and will be sporting them during my upcoming clinical experiences. The gorgeous ceil blue–they also come in many other colors (grey, pink, navy and black).

I love how sleek these scrubs look with a whitecoat! Wearing Medelita’s Ellody Petite Fit Lab Coat with TiScrubs.
